BadFive – Tech Magazine Website
Co-Founder, CTO and Senior Author

BadFive began by monitoring the evolution of technological devices that people use in everyday life. The five most important negative characteristics were discovered for every device and presented to the readers in a caustic and accurate way. Our goal is to share the beautiful world of technology with everyone. We write short, simple and fun articles that anyone, not just tech enthusiasts, can enjoy reading. We want our audience to understand how fascinating technology can be. We aim to become a multi-platform media company with technology at its core.

Co-Founder, Vice president and Webmaster Volunteer

Eurovision’s International Network of Fan clubs of Eurovision (INFE) is officially recognized by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) as one of the biggest fan clubs of the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC), with a dedicated entry on the official website of ESC. INFE was founded in 2011 with the aim of bringing together the fans of the Competition from Europe and other continents that do not belong to another network and to promote the Eurovision Family of Events and above all the Competition Eurovision Song Contest. I was involved in the creation and co-founding of the local INFE Cyprus and provided my guidance and support as a Vice-President on the board.

Subscriber – Android Application
Co-Founder and Software Developer

This application could help YouTubers of the YouTube creator community to get a larger scale of audience. With this app, you could subscribe to any YouTube channel and stay up to date for new uploads. You could also discover popular channels including new small/middle scale YouTubers with creative and interesting videos. This could minimize the effects of the algorithmic bias in the YouTube Recommendation System. The app was published on Play Store.
It has reached 8763 downloads but pulled from the store in December 2018 due to lack of enough traction.

Vivere Health Assistant – Android Application
Co-Founder and Software Developer

This was a project developed, during my bachelor, for the course “EPL345: Internet Technologies”. It’s been assigned to my team the creation of an android application health assistant. Vivere can help the patient find time for an appointment to a doctor or chemist, track its medicine and remind him to take it, break bad habits or gain new good habits. Also, it holds a history of the patient’s doctor advice and examination results. For this project, we also developed a Vivere RESTful Service to manage various actions remotely.
